Every NEMO rack ships with a two-year warranty on structural, finish, and mechanism defects — serviced from our Denver, Colorado warehouse. If something fails, you ship to us. Never to Germany.
What's covered
- Structural weld or frame defects
- Coating delamination or premature rust
- Latch and swivel mechanism failure
- Corroded factory-supplied fasteners
What's not covered
- Impact damage from collisions
- User over-torque damage
- Modifications (drilling, welding, retrofitting)
- Overloading beyond the 70 kg rated capacity
How to claim
Email warranty@nemo.us with photos, your purchase date, and your van chassis. We respond within 24 hours and ship replacement parts within 3 business days.
