Refund policy
Return window
You have 30 days from delivery to return your rack for a full refund.
Return conditions
- Rack must be unused and in original packaging
- All hardware and documentation included
- No signs of installation or road exposure
How to return
- Email returns@nemo.us with your order number.
- We send a prepaid UPS return label within 24 hours.
- Pack and drop off at any UPS location.
- Refund is issued within 3 business days of arrival at our Denver warehouse.
Refund method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the funds to appear.
Non-returnable items
Installed racks, custom-cut hardware, and personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective.
Damaged or defective on arrival
Contact returns@nemo.us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll replace at no charge — no return required.
Warranty claims (2-year)
Warranty issues after 30 days are handled through our warranty page. Ship-to-us and prepaid-label logistics are covered.
