You have 30 days from delivery to return your rack for a full refund.
What qualifies
- Unused rack in original packaging
- All original hardware and documentation included
- No signs of installation or road exposure
How to return
- Email returns@nemo.us with your order number
- We send a prepaid UPS return label within 24 hours
- Pack and drop off at any UPS location
- Refund issued within 3 business days of arrival at our Denver warehouse

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll ship a replacement immediately — no return required.
