Terms of service

By placing an order with NEMO you agree to these terms. NEMO products are engineered by BlüTech GmbH in Bavaria, imported by NEMO for US distribution, and sold with a two-year US warranty on parts and finish.

Orders & pricing

All prices are in USD. NEMO reserves the right to correct pricing errors. Orders are subject to inventory availability and confirmation. We may cancel or refuse any order at our discretion, in which case any charge will be refunded in full.

Shipping & delivery

US orders ship within 2 business days via UPS Ground from Denver, Colorado. Shipping timelines and rates are shown at checkout. See our shipping policy for the full breakdown.

Warranty

NEMO racks include a two-year warranty on parts and finish, serviced from our Denver warehouse. See the warranty page for full terms and how to claim.

Returns & refunds

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery. See the refund policy for full terms.

Product use & safety

NEMO racks are load-rated to 70 kg dynamic and 96 kg gross. Exceeding these ratings voids the warranty and may cause structural failure. You are responsible for verifying that your bikes and loads fall within the rack's rating and for installing per the included instructions or with a qualified installer.

Intellectual property

The NEMO name, logo, product designs, photography, copy, and site content are the property of NEMO and its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any of it without written permission, except as permitted by fair use.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NEMO is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from product use, installation, or misuse. Total liability under any order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.
