Does the rack fit my specific van?

Every NEMO VANBIKE rack is engineered for a specific factory chassis — Ford Transit V363 (2015+), RAM ProMaster / Fiat Ducato (2014+). Mercedes Sprinter is on the roadmap. Email fit@nemo.us with a photo of your rear frame and we'll confirm within 24 hours.

Do I need to drill?

No. The rack bolts directly to your van's factory threaded chassis bosses. No holes, no spacers, no shop visit.

Can both rear doors still open?

Yes. The lateral swivel mount lets both rear doors swing 180° fully open with two e-bikes still loaded.

How much does it weigh? What's the load capacity?

26 kg empty. Rated to 70 kg dynamic load and 96 kg gross — enough for two full e-bikes with a touring kit.

What's the warranty?

Two years on parts and finish, serviced from our Denver warehouse.

When does it ship?

US orders ship within 2 business days via UPS Ground from Denver.
